Pebbles's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, and up to date with shots.

Pebbles's Story...
Pebbles really needs a home where she will get lots of affection and attention. Her owner turned her into a shelter because there just wasn't enough time. The only attention she got was FOOD, which shows...she weighs 43 lbs. When we took her in she was quite dirty, and her eyes were actually crying tears. She seems depressed, sad and confused. Pebbles is a very sweet girl who will be perfect in a home where the people include her. She needs to go on walks and is great in the car. She is 2 and a half years old, up to date on shots, spayed, microchipped. On-line adoption application is available on our website: www.Cascade Rescue.org/west.html or email adopt@CascadeRescue.org for more information on Pebbles!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pebbles, a Portland Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Portland, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
