Java, a Chocolate Lab, is approximately two years old. She comes to Animatch as a stray, picked up by animal control and never claimed. Of course, her previous owner kept her long enough to have her litter and probably made a few bucks selling them to a pet shop or on an internet site. Java had a litter recently and she was still producing milk when she arrived. Her puppy-making days are over; now she will start her life as a beloved pet and family member. Java is sweet and affection; she is always ready for a scratch behind the ears or a cuddle. She enjoys going for walks and will need a lot of exercise as all Labs do. Java gets along very well with other dogs and would be a great companion to another canine. She will fit right into a family who loves Labs; she has all the best qualities of the breed. Have you been thinking of helping a dog in need? Please adopt (don’t shop) and consider adopting Java. The first step would be to fill in the Adoption Form.
