My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harper came from a hoarding situation and is still traumatized. Not sure what happened along the way but he only has three legs, one of the back legs is missing. We're working to get him used to us and he's come a long way already but still has issues when you try to put a collar on him. He does love attention and is pretty good once the leash is on.
