About Fiona

Fiona is a darling 38lb, 3-4 yr. old Staffordshire mix looking for her forever home. Sweet as they come, Fiona is housetrained and fantastic on walks. A little wary of the new, this loving 'Dublin Dog' bonds quickly with people and would love to find a low stress forever or foster home of her own. All of our dogs and cats are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, dewormed and microchipped. Dogs are also tested for heartworms .

Update from foster mom:

Hey Jason! I hope you are well. Just wanted to give you a little update on Fiona. She's doing incredibly well! She's getting used to people slowly but surely. She's still a little shy around strangers, but she's warming up really quickly. She's also really good with other dogs. She had her first play date today with her friend Simon, a big Collie/shepherd mix, and she was perfect. He's kind of an old man, so they didn't so much play as hang out for a while, but they shared toys, laid around and went for a nice walk together. She has some other friends in the neighborhood so I'm going to work on getting her more positive dog interaction. I think she'd be great in home with a mature male dog. We're also going to cat test her this week. Again, I don't think it'll be a problem, as she tends to ignore small animals (cats, squirrels, etc.) when we're out for walks. I'll keep you updated!
