Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We are assisting Ozzie's owner in rehoming in. Here is his bio.
Ozzie:
Born April 2003, male Pembroke Welsh Corgi, neutered, all shots & vaccinations up to date (rabies shot in July 2010) and we give him "Revolution" once per month. He is large - weighs about 32 pounds and is not flabby or overweight. We cannot provide him the living situation he deserves as my wife has over time become more and more allergic to him and now he must spend the entire day outside. He gets 2-3 walks per day and often in an off-leash dog park so he runs regularly and is fit. He is very smart and is trained as following: Housebroken 100% reliable (can't remember any "accidents" in years) Crate trained and sleeps in his crate (and likes it)
Knows how to heel on-leash with automatic sit when the walker stops
He knows: sit, stay, down, go-crate, come, speak, quiet, off, drop-it, take-it, roll-over, put-em-up, and "bang" (play dead)
Before my wifes allergic response to Ozzie became severe, he spent most of the time indoors and we trained him not to go in certain areas of the house. In both our main home and our cabin in the mountains, Ozzie had a "place" where he was supposed to lie quietly and chew a nylabone (essentially do a prolonged stay) and we would "put him on place" to lay quietly nearby while we ate meals. Ozzie is in the Oakland Bay area. Ozzie is to be a housepet. Adoption process applies including completion of a pre adoption application.
