Sheeba's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, declawed, and good with kids.

Sheeba's Story...
Sheba is a 5 year old, vaccinated, spayed, girl. Unfortunately she is declawed on all fours. Sheeba has no behavior issues, she's a perfect lady. Sheeba can be rehomed where there is a very well-behaved, gentle child. She needs to be rehomed because she is lonely since her humans are not around very much and one of her care-givers doesn't like cats very much.
Sheebes can be a little standoffish at first, then decide she wants to sit in your lap. Her mom just told me that one of Sheeba's favorite things to do is to dig around the laundry until she finds a sock, belonging to her dad. She will then drag it out of the laundry and play with it for hours.
Sheeba's mom also has this to say about her:
"She is a beautiful cat - I hope we can find a safe and happy home for her. I have a grandson who is 1 year old and he crawls all around the house and chases her. She allows him to get right to her and then moves about 2 feet and lays down again. When he catches back up with her, she does the same thing again. They play this game all the time. She does allow him to catch her sometimes and he pets her and it doesn't seem to bother her. She doesn't try to bite him at all. "

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sheeba, a Redwood City Bengal cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bengal for sale in Redwood City, or seeking a Bengal cat from a breeder in Redwood City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Redwood City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Redwood City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bengal breeders who help with Bengal rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Redwood City paves the way for another one to be saved.
