Wiki's Story...
Wiki is a 3 year old female kitty. She was adopted out as a kitten and returned when the daughter she was adopted for went off the college. The mother wanted nothing to do with the cat so back to the shelter she came. It was so mean to take Wiki away from the home she grew up in and just toss her aside The lady was just doing what she wanted and didn't even care about the cat!!! So we are hoping someone will adopt her for the final time and give her a true loving, caring home. Wiki is very loving and wants all the attention she can get. If you lay a coat down she is right there to sit on it and keep it warm for you! She is such a pretty cat, cool stripes, and so loving that she deserves a TRUE forever home.

In the one picture she is in a bag that contained carrot cat toys someone made and donated to the shelter. The bag was set down on a stool and she just had to get in! She played for awhile and then went to sleep. She is so cute and is always making us laugh!

She is spayed, current on shots, Leukemia negative and wormed. Her adoption donation is only $40.00!!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Wiki, a Acme Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Acme, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Acme.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Acme already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Acme breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Acme paves the way for another one to be saved.
