My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are proud to present our sweet little girl, Bella! She is a happy and loving dog. Bella loves to romp and play outside with her foster sister, but she would prefer to hang out with both humans and dogs. She eagerly awaits kisses, tummy rubs, or a pat on the head when greeting you. Bella loves adults, kids, and dogs. She's a true Velcro Springer, always wanting to be by your side, but if you are not around she will gladly attach herself to the resident dog or follow the kids around. She has the instincts of a great hunter and chases every squirrel, chipmunk, and bunny from the yard! Bella still has puppy energy and enjoys playing with her soft toys with squeakers. She loves playing fetch, and she shares her toys and affection with everyone.

Bella has a free spirit; she doesn't care where she fits into the family as long as she is being loved. Bella isn't food aggressive, and she takes her treats gently. Did we mention that she is completely housetrained? Bella has even earned the privilege of having free rein of the house with her foster sister.

Because she has abundant energy, Bella needs a fenced yard for exercise and safe play. She comes when she's called and can sit on command. Bella will be happiest in a family with children or with another dog for companionship. She is ready for a loving home, and we have no doubt that Bella will be your Velcro pal for a long, long time.

Please note that an approved adoption application is the first step in a more thorough interview process that is designed to match each dog to exactly the right family, and that the final decision rests with the dog's case manager.

Please read the Adoption FAQ and get an Adoption Application approved before inquiring about Bella.
