Ruff Ruff! My name is JoeJoe
|Breed:||Beagle Mix||Color:||Tricolor (Tan/Brown & Black & White)||Age:||Adult|
|Size:||Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)||Sex:||Male|
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Am I Hardrock, or Cocoa, or Joe....NO, NO, NO....I'm JOEJOE the cutest little 8 year old brown beagle you ever did see!!
I was dumped off at a scary shelter and didn't know what was happening. Then the best day ever came when AZBR folks rescued me, so now I get to snooze on my foster mommy's couch until I can convince one of you to let me come live with your family as my forever home! It's probably best that I don't live with any young children because they make me nervous and I tend to get a little snippy. Hey, I'm an older boy who has seen his share of young kids pulling on my beagley tail and those characteristic long beagley ears so after awhile I just have had enough.
I'm also recovering from pneumonia that I caught at that bad shelter, but I'm getting healthier and feeling better every day. Come check me out at the next beagle event and you can meet my smiling face in-person, okay?

Rescue Group Info...
Arizona Beagle Rescue (AZBR) is a statewide 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer animal welfare organization dedicated to saving homeless beagles through rescue efforts, adoption and education on the breed. AZBR works in cooperation with animal shelters and humane agencies throughout AZ to reduce the euthanasia of adoptable animals by providing foster homes, veterinary services and training for all the beagles in our care. AZBR offers breed specific resources and training referrals to promote lifelong relationships between beagles and their companions.
AZBR operates solely on donations and has no shelter of its own; instead a statewide network of volunteers open their homes and hearts to provide foster care for rescued dogs until qualified, loving forever homes are found.
AZBR is an all-volunteer organization. Dogs are fostered in volunteer homes. Beagles can be seen at more than a dozen adoption events throughout the year.
