Hero's Story...
Hey there everyone! I'm Happy to Go Lucky Hero, and I'm about 3 to 4 years old. I'm looking for a new forever home, so I thought I might tell you a little about myself in case we might be compatible. I'm friendly with other dogs and I love people too. I get to go to doggie day care about once a week and boy oh boy, I have a blast. I also come home at the end of the day, all tuckered out. I love to watch squirrels! (We'll be finding out about cats shortly.) I'm house trained and crate trained, like to ride in the car and am kinda of a big goof of a boy. I have been neutered, am up to date with my vaccinations, am heartworm negative and on prevention, and I'm microchipped too. So, if you're looking for a sweet and affectionate guy like me, please fill out an adoption application at the New England Brittany Rescue website, www.nebrittanyrescue.org. We look forward to hearing from you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hero, a Buffalo Brittany dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Brittany for sale in Buffalo, or seeking a Brittany dog from a breeder in Buffalo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Buffalo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Buffalo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Brittany breeders who help with Brittany rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Buffalo paves the way for another one to be saved.
