DANIELLE's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

DANIELLE's Story...
Danielle is a lovely female Pomeranian. She was approximately 2 1/2 years old in October, 2010 when she and her five little newborn puppies were rescued from an Animal Control Facility. They have all been adopted, but Danielle is still waiting for her forever home. She says she doesn't mind because she really wanted to see her children placed in loving homes before she left, but now that that has been taken care of, she's really ready to find her own home and family. She's a beautiful little lady, and she will make a fine friend and companion for some lucky individual or family! She is listed as special needs only because of her fear of people. She seems to bond to one person and needs someone to be very patient and let her progress at her own pace. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET DANIELLE AS SHE IS NOT BEING HOUSED AT PAWS' PLACE.

About PAWS' Place Adoption Center

About Our Rescue Group...

If you are interested in adopting, please e-mail Carol at pawspawscs@yahoo.com, and she will get back to you as soon as possible. If you live in the area, please come see us!! If not, please keep us in your thoughts. We need monetary donations badly in order to keep this wonderful operation going, so, if you are able, please send whatever you can. At the present time, PAWS' Place is full of kitty grins and doggy smiles. Please help us keep it that way!!

Come Meet Our Pets...

Pets Are Worth Saving,Inc. (PAWS) is a not-for-profit, no-kill animal welfare organization. PAWS was founded as a means of dealing with the increase in the animal population--specifically dogs and cats--in the Union County(Illinois) area. PAWS was formed primarily to prevent the destruction of valuable, adoptable animals. PAWS is solely funded by donations and fund raisers. PAWS rescues and makes available for adoption homeless and unwanted animals.

Our Adoption Process...

Dogs: The adoption fee for PAWS' puppies and dogs is $200. Occasionally, the adoption fee will be higher and, if that is the case, it will be noted on the animal's profile. When you adopt your new dog or puppy, it will be spayed or neutered, wormed, micro-chipped, and up to date on its shots, with the exception of its rabies shot, which must be given by a vet. If it is six months or older, it will have been tested for heartworms and placed on a heartworm preventative.

Cats: The adoption fee for all PAWS' kittens and cats is $75. When you adopt your new cat or kitten, it will be spayed or neutered, wormed, micro-chipped, and up to date on its shots, with the exception of its rabies shot, which must be given by a vet.

We certainly recommend that you continue your pet's routine vaccination regimen with your veterinarian.

SAME DAY ADOPTIONS ARE NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE, SO IF YOU ARE DRIVING FROM A DISTANCE, PLEASE MAKE ADVANCE ARRANGEMENTS.

IF YOU RENT, YOU MUST BRING A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT FROM YOUR LANDLORD STATING THAT IT IS OKAY FOR YOU TO HAVE AN ANIMAL IN THE HOUSE. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A RENTAL AGREEMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE COMPANION ANIMAL OF YOUR CHOICE HOME WITH YOU.

OUT OF STATE ADOPTERS ARE ASKED TO PAY THE ADOPTION FEE IN CASH.

PAWS IS NOT EQUIPPED TO TAKE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS.
