My name is Sandra!

Labrador Retriever/Schnauzer (Standard) Mix Dog for adoption in Boston, Massachusetts - Sandra

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sandra's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, and up to date with shots.

Sandra's Story...
We could not believe that we found not only a yellow Lab/ schnauzer mix in need of a home but also a gorgeous black girl of the same mix. Sandra is absolutely the black version of our terrific girl Biscuit. She has that same charming personality and loves people and other dogs just the same.

Sandra is also about 2 years old, weighs about 60 lbs and is a scamp of a girl. She is rotten to the core of her being and will tease and cajole to get her way. Of course there is no harm done as all she wants is an ear scratch or a refill of the treats in her prize ball.

Sandra is truly a wonderful girl, she is up to date on all her vaccines. Sandra is also heartworm negative and spayed. She is ready for her new family and hopes you will apply for her. She is really a funny, sweet girl with loads of affection to share with her new family.

If you would like to adopt Sandra, please submit an adoption application from our website, and see our other great Labs who are looking for their forever homes, happy tails, and more!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sandra, a Boston Labrador Retriever/Schnauzer (Standard) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Schnauzer (Standard) for sale in Boston, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Schnauzer (Standard) dog from a breeder in Boston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Boston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Boston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Schnauzer (Standard) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Schnauzer (Standard) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Boston paves the way for another one to be saved.
