Chow Ling's Story...
Handsome Chow Ling with green eyes and a kink in his tail was born about 6-15-08. Unfortunately, he suffers from stomatitis, which causes chronic oral infections. He has been tested and his condition is not contagious. When he was rescued, he had been suffering for a long time with ulcers/sores in his mouth and inflamed gums causing extreme pain and difficulty eating. It is believed that stomatitis is caused by a poor start in life and a suppressed immune system. He is on a raw food diet and is taking nutritional supplements to improve his immune system. He requires dental cleaning at least twice a year. Sweet Chow Ling is very deserving of a loving, permanent home of his own. $25 adoption fee; cash only. Location: Quail Valley/Menifee, Southwest Riverside County. Local adoptions only; within 50 mile radius because we deliver animal to its new home. If interested, please email us with a little info about yourself, where you live, your family, and your other pets, etc. Thank you.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chow Ling, a Quail Valley Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Quail Valley, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Quail Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Quail Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Quail Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Quail Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
