Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB: 12/31/07 est.
Sugar was taken off the street after a nice person tried finding her family. Neighbors told the person that she belonged to someone on the block, but they did not want her. They put her out of the house hoping someone would take her. She was only about 4 months old fending for herself and dodging cars. She was adopted, but the family had to return her due to a new child. She was adopted a second time, but the adopter dumped her and she ended up terrified at the shelter. This sweet girl deserves better than this. Maybe the third time is a charm.
Sugar needs a quiet home. She loves to play and could share a home with one other dog with a complimenting personality. She could also be the only dog and soak up all the attention. She is ok with cats that are used to dogs. Older, quiet children close to teen age would probably be ok. She would be ok in an apartment as long as her family was active. She is a cuddler and wants to be near you on the bed or couch. She is crate trained and will go in willingly when asked.
