Special Needs!

"Daisy" is a special needs little Dachshund girl! She was born without a tail and with a 'slight twist' in her spine that makes her hind legs be a bit 'off'. It does not alter her ability to get around though she uses her hind legs together more like a rabbit when she runs. She has also had back surgery so care will need to be taken she does not get overweight and put too much pressure on her back. Due to her back trouble in the past a home without small children is a must.

Daisy was born 9-28-98 so is almost 8 years old. She is spayed, shots are current, is house and crate trained. She is good with other dogs, loves to sun herself on these hot, sunny days, loves the dog door and also loves her raised dog beds and lap time. This is one special, sweet, loving little dog that is now looking for a new lap. If your lap is missing a dachsie adornment, check out Daisy to see if she is a good fit!
