Labrador Retriever Dog for adoption in Largo, Florida - Sophia

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sophia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sophia's Story...
Sophia is a 1yr old purebred lab. She is an american field lab (so tall and thin) with dudley coloring (meaning the light yellow eyes and lack of pigmentation around the eyes and nose0-making her nose more pink, not black).
She is a very pretty girl who LOVES everyone. She is great with kids, cats and dogs. She would really love some kids to play with. She has a good amount of energy so would love some kids to play ball with her. She's housebroken, cratetrained and fairly well behaved, could use leash training definitely.
Sophia is fostered with Lori in Tampa. Contact if you're interested. Sophia is spayed, up to date on shots and heartworm negative. All of our dogs have an adoption fee of $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophia, a Largo Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Largo, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Largo.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Largo already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Largo breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Largo paves the way for another one to be saved.
