Lexi's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and not good with kids.

Lexi's Story...
Lexi is a sweet girl that is looking for a family of her own to love her! She is a Terrier mix and is a young girl that is not quite 1 year old. She is a real sweetheart and loves adults and had lots of kisses and affection to give. She is a bit fearful of children...so a home with no children would be best for her.

After losing her family and ending up in a shelter where she was going to be put to sleep, she is now a little bit shy and is getting worked with to build up her confidence. She is a bit nervous around other dogs and would need slow introductions to new housemates.

Lexi is healthy, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed, micro-chipped and heartworm tested. To meet and possibly adopt her, please contact Nancy at luckydogs47@yahoo.com or 773 631 8999. She is in Chicago, Illinois. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits rescued dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexi, a Chicago Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier/American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
