My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Senior Male, Staffordshire Terrier Mix. My name should have been Ghost, because I'm so spooky. I don't trust people very much. I haven't had an easy life. Sunrise Foundation, Ltd. was told I had been adopted once, then my owner died and no one knew about me, so I lived in the wild for several months. I do very well with other dogs, I much prefer being in a pack. I feel so much safer with other dogs than I do people. Slowly but surely, I'm coming to tolerate the people around me. I really enjoy being petted and brushed once they start, but it sure frightens me when they come close to me. I am extremely well mannered. I have had no accidents in my home at Sunrise Foundation, Ltd. I'm loved by so many, but still so unsure of myself. I've made NO attempt to bite anyone, I just cower when they touch me. If you have a lot of patience and lots and lots of love to give, I'm your boy.
