Kayla's Story...
Kayla is a beautiful 1 and 1/2 to 2 year old Boxer mix. She loves nothing better than being with people - sitting on the couch, watching TV, and getting petted! She's spayed and her shots are current. She's house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and she knows the commands "sit", "lie down", and "leave it". She's a smart dog and will do everything she can to please you. She has the most beautiful, soft, loving eyes and she likes to give kisses when she's told what a good girl she is. Kayla's early life was a bit tough, so the best home for her will be with someone who understands rescues, and Boxers in particular. A home with a nice back yard, a couch inside, and someone to cuddle her, and she'd be in heaven! If you'd like to know more about Kayla, please contact Cathy at (619) 822-1577 or email her at catherine888@mac.com. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kayla, a Chula Vista Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Chula Vista, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Chula Vista.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chula Vista already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chula Vista breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chula Vista paves the way for another one to be saved.
