Kiki's Story...
Kiki is a beautiful, sweet, approximately 8 year old tortie kitty, who we rescued several years ago, along with her eight, four day old, kittens, from a very bad situation, where she was not being properly cared for. Kiki has flourished in our household, and loves to be brushed and petted, and cuddled with. I believe, though, that Kiki would be happier in a household where she was an only kitty, where she would get all love and attention, and not have to share her family with several other kitty cats. Kiki loves to purr, and loves attention. If you are interested in adopting Kiki and providing her with a wonderful, loving home, please call Brenda at 630-710-3815.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kiki, a Montgomery Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Montgomery, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Montgomery.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Montgomery already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Montgomery breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Montgomery paves the way for another one to be saved.
