Snickers's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and not good with dogs.

Snickers's Story...
Snickers is a purebred tricolor Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a tail. She is 7.5 years old, sweet as anything, dances for her food, and has a BEAUTIFUL tail! She's uncomfortable around other dogs so we need a no dog home for her, preferably an elderly family who can give her loves. She has mild hip dysplasia and a bad left knee however, at this point the vet has recommended simply treating with Glucosamine/ Chondroitin. She was left to herself outside (can you imagine in Phoenix!) most of her life with not very much attention, so she's a love sponge. She'd be a great couch potato dog for someone. She's spayed and UTD on all shots. She's in AZ but available for adoption to an approved home in Southern CA. You can go to to complete an application on line. Adoption process and donation apply.

Snickers, a Lomita Pembroke Welsh Corgi dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pembroke Welsh Corgi for sale in Lomita, or seeking a Pembroke Welsh Corgi dog from a breeder in Lomita.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lomita already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lomita breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pembroke Welsh Corgi breeders who help with Pembroke Welsh Corgi rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lomita paves the way for another one to be saved.
