My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there – I’m Samson! My foster mom says I sure am handsome. I don’t know about that – all I know is I love being part of a family. I was picked up as a stray by a high-kill shelter and the nice rescue saved me. The vet thinks I am about 8 months old and a small golden mix. I currently only weigh 25 lbs – so I won’t get to be too big. I love my furry foster brothers and sisters and play great with them. My foster mom says I’ve also been doing really well on a leash, though like any young pup I could benefit from obedience training. She says I’m not 100% housebroken – but I’m doing really well with very few accidents. I cry a little bit in my crate – but do fine in there while my foster family is at work. I will go right into my crate at meal times too. I’ve learned this is a safe place and I’m getting more and more comfortable there. My foster mom says I’m very soft and cuddly. I just love having a family to love me – though I know this isn’t my forever home – I do know my very own forever home is out there. Is it with you?? If so, please email for an application.
