My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gabriel is a beautiful blond boy who is about 3.5 years old and weighs in at about 80 lbs. This beautiful boy was surrendered to a rural shelter by his elderly owners who were in tears to have to surrender such a good boy. The elderly man had just broken his hip and the woman just had open heart surgery and they felt that they were not able to give Gabriel the exercise or care that he needed. Gabriel gets along great with his foster brothers and loves to run and play in the yard. He also loves to play fetch and will bring it back only to want to fetch again. He knows some commands such as sit, give 5, lay down and kennel. He is house trained and loves his crate (even though the owners said he was never crated). Gabriel is good at walking on the leash but could use continued work on not pulling. He loves attention from his people and aims to please. This boy is very treat motivated, so will be easy to train. Gabriel is about a medium energy boy who likes to play, but will find a nice comfy spot to lay down when it is time to relax. Gabriel seems to be pretty interested in the kitties and just wants to play with them, but not aggressive.
Gabriel is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations including rabies, heartworm negative and micro-chipped. He is also on flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative.
