found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Lucky is a really great mutt. He is sweet natured, friendly, comical, gentle as a lamb, and has been kept as a member of the family. Luckey is currently living with a lovely older couple while he finds a new home. (They would love to keep him because he is so sweet, but they do not have the energy to keep up with a young, sometimes lively dog, nor do they have a fenced yard, which might help Lucky to get some exercise.)
We do not mean to imply in any way that Luckey is hyper. As you can see from these pictures, he enjoys a good lounge and nap very much. It's just that he is young and playful and he adores romping outside and going for long walks, and the people who have him can't offer that to him.
In addition to being a sweet dog, Luckey is a beautiful one. His rounded brown torso brings to mind a sleek brown seal, and the beautiful "shield" of fur on his chest is magnificently white.
We think that any family would be lucky to have Luckey -- he is a true canine dog next door -- loving yet fun, playful yet attentive and well-versed in the ways of the home. All he needs is a loving home. (He has even offered to bring along his own love to add to yours.)
Here is what his foster mom has to say about him... "Lucky/Luke is a happy go-lucky neutered male. He is good with other dogs, both genders, does not mind cats, hesitant with men and wonderful with women. He is housebroken, fine on a leash, and is learning manners. A smart dog. His ears get in the way because people seem to think he has pit bull in him. If he does, it is way back in the line. He certainly doesn't act like one. He is good when I take a bone away from him, etc. A great dog for a 12 year old boy or girl or older."
