Brumby's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Brumby's Story...
Brumby is a very handsome 2 1/2 yr old red tri male. Just look at those soft brown eyes. He's a nice boy who is recovered from heartworm treatment and ready for a new home! Brumby is fine with other dogs but is sort of a loner right now. It's sad, he doesn't know how to play with toys or balls and has no interest in bones but I'm sure he'll soon catch on! Poor fella sounds like he was rather neglected. He's a bit shy but not painfully so and is being socialized, he goes to work with his vet tech foster mom and does well. When happy Brumby "smiles", you just have to love that Aussie smile! Brumby is fostered in Jacksonville.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brumby, a Orlando Australian Shepherd dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Shepherd for sale in Orlando, or seeking a Australian Shepherd dog from a breeder in Orlando.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Orlando already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Orlando breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Shepherd breeders who help with Australian Shepherd rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Orlando paves the way for another one to be saved.
