My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

**I am perfectly housetrained and crate trained!
Hello there! My name is Monster, but don't let my name fool ya, I am the sweetest, cutest, most snuggly guy in the world! The family gets to adopt me will be the luckiest family ever.
I'm a pure bred English Bulldog but I am big boy, I weigh 80 pounds, holy cow! I'm really well proportioned so you don't really notice how big I am until I'm next to a normal sized bulldog and they look so small.
I am incredibly handsome, I'm red brindle and white and super soft. I'm only 2 years old so I need lots of attention, but once you meet me all you will want to do is pet me all of the time so that won't be a problem:)
I love being right by my people every chance I get and I act like everything you say is the most interesting thing I have heard. I have lots of energy (for a bulldog that is) so I need to go for a walk every single day. I also love the park and car rides and anything else that involves me being able to spend every second I can with my family!

I like other dogs, but since I'm so big and young I like to play rough and sometimes other doggies don't like me as much as I like them. If I'm introduced properly and they get to know me we can become good friends :) I never met a kitty before I went to my foster home. I'm really nice to the kitty here, but he knows how to act around dogs so that may not be the best indicator. He doesn't run from me so I don't chase him, but I don't know how I would act around a kitty that's afraid of me.

I was surrendered by my family for a number of reasons but none of them had to do with me or my behavior. Once I got to my foster home they noticed that I had way more eye goobers than were normal so they rushed to the vet. The nice doctor at Alma School Animal Hospital discovered that I need entropian surgery. I need this surgery because the edges of my eyelids turn in and my eyelashes rub against my eyes. It's really uncomfortable but Love-A-Bull Rescue is going to fix me up and I will feel great! Other than that I am a very healthy boy.
I'm really strong, so I will need an owner that is able to handle me. Before I'm adopted I will have to be signed up for training classes at Petco or Petsmart, no exceptions! I promise the classes will be fun, I'm smart and like to please people and it will help my new family and I to bond.

Due to my size, 'dog savvy' kids over the age of 8 only please! I am very respectful of kids, but I just want to be sure I wouldn't knock one down.
I will be ready for an adoption soon! Please fill out the application if you are interested in adopting me. NO inquiries are returned without an application on file.*****Application at www.arizonabulldogs.com
