Here's what the humans have to say about me:
My Name is Halley. I turned 11 years old on 11/1/10. Shortly before my 11th birthday, my people took me to the vet to send me on a trip to the Rainbow Bridge. The vet told the my people there was nothing wrong with me and he suggested they give me to a nice group called SCLRR. I am not sure what the rainbow bridge is, but everyone I hear talk says, although a nice place, I am not ready to go there. I do enjoy life. I get along with everyone. I don't like cats so much. I bark at the one at my foster house. If I was not afraid of walking on tile, I think I might give him a good chase. The dogs I live with are great, but when I first got here, I had to tell them the rules, don't tread on the old lady. They respect me now and we are having a great time. I have a couple of granulomas, one on my back leg that is slow to heal, the one on my front foot is doing well. I have excellent energy. I like to walk so much I need to be reminded to stay in heel position. I get so excited to see my foster family I do a front end hop when they come home. I used to be able to jump, but come on, I am a senior now. I love to be petted and I lay at the foot of the sofa while my foster family reads or watches TV. I am very adapatable, but I do not like tile ore slippery surfaces. I love to sleep in my crate. I don't have accidents it in the house. Actually, this house has a potty area in the backyard and I go there by myself to do business. I am looking for my last love, a person or family that will take good care of me in retirement. I hear there is a special place in heaven for people who adopt senior dogs. Check me out, I am a lover.
