My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jenna is going to turn two years old this Fall and is already starting to plan her birthday party. She'd really like to have it at your house!! You can see how pretty she is, we dont need to tell you any more about that, except to say that she is on the petite side, around 40 pounds. Jenna's owner had to give her up due to illness, but Jenna is a trooper and is settling into her new life as a foster basset. She is obviously used to a quiet environment and is still easily startled by loud noises (and barking) although she gets along well with her foster basset siblings.

Jenna is starting to be more outgoing and greatly enjoys being petted and played with, she is also good with children, even small ones. Jenna is well on her way to being house-trained, she is a little scared of the doggie door because it has the kind of flap that snaps shut, so she prefers that you let her out to go potty. If you would like to help this little girl with her party plans. fill out an application and come and meet her, she'll be happy to see you.
