Professor Jack here…How’s life? And, my life? Don’t bother to ask, I don’t want to bore you with my troubles…Well I’ll tell you one thing…I am NOT in the mood to be here. It’s cold! Lonely! The food stinks (literally)! And, I have to be around all these drooling muts all darn day…I am distinguished Poodle/Schnauzer mix. I’m too good for this place…I need a good fire to curl up by and a good book of William Blake’s Paintings and Poetry to read. All they read here are Spot Magazine, or The Rover Review…I kid you not…where’s the intellect? The sophistication? The cans of salmon Dijon for canines? Do me a favor, I’m good with the other dogs, people and older respectful children too (I’m a little shy at first)…so I beg you, please get me out of here…I promise to make the first of companions…
