Lexie's Story...
Lexie and her sister Katie just came all the way from Virginia to try and find a forever home. Both pups are small sized Black Lab mixes. Currently about 4 1/2 months old, they are only 15lbs each so they are likely to not reach more than 35lbs full grown. They are sweet and lovable pups who love their playtime. They are being crate trained and are doing well with that. They are also starting to learn their basic commands, but would do well to be enrolled in puppy kindergarten soon. Both puppies have been fully vetted-vet checked, vaccinated, dewormed and spayed. If interested in adoption please fill out the application below. Lexie's adoption fee is $225.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lexie, a Bernardsville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Bernardsville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Bernardsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bernardsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bernardsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bernardsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
