Black Beauty came to us in September 2007 as a pregnant stray - she gave birth to 3 kittens and then accepted 2 orphaned newforn kittens that were found, as her own. She is very friendly and loveable. Black Beauty is patiently waiting for her turn to find a loving forever home. She is a real beauty with her medium long black hair, she loves to be brushed and fussed over. In the past she preferred to be without other cats around but she has come a long way and now enjoys the company of her pals at the sanctuary. She also adores dogs, one of her best friends was a golden retriever cross in her foster home. She can be a little snarky at times and require some "alone time" so she would do best in a home without small children chasing her around. She has some quirky habits like chewing on people's hair, any chance she gets! Funny and cute little cat - has been with us for almost 3 yrs...patiently waiting for the right person to adopt her and love her for all her quirkiness!
