Charlie's Story...
Hi y'all I'm Charlie. I wandered into this nice ladies yard a while back and she's been very good to me but she can't keep me anymore cause she travels a lot. I'm some kind of Lab/Terrier mix they tell me....whatever! I love children and I tolerate those furry things you guys call cats. I was born Oct 7, 2008. Wouldn't you love to give me a forever home?? I'm neutered and up to date on all my shots. Thank you for looking at me!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Salem Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Salem, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
