Meet Labby, she is around 5 years old. She is very sweet and laid back. She is a great age for anyone looking for an easy going lab. Stay posted for more information about this awesome “Labby!”

UPDATE: Unfortunately we just found out that Labby is heartworom positive. She will undergo treatment in the next few days. After a few weeks to rest and recover, she will be as good as new!

UPDATE FROM FOSTER MOM: Abby had a great time this weekend hiking and being outdoors. She is a very social lab both with people and other dogs. She just loved saying hello to everyone on the trail. She'd rather be outside than inside and she really shines when you take her out the door for a walk or to hang out in the front yard. She is calm and very sweet and affectionate. She'll walk right up to anyone and sit at their feet waiting to get that petting! She seems to have an on and an off switch - when outside around other dogs and other people she is frisky and playful. Once we come inside she'll curl up in one of her favorite spots to rest up for whatever comes next! She can be cautious or timid at times but I think she will gain more confidence as she begins to feel safe and loved in a new home. While she's only been in my home for less than a week she is adapting well to her new surroundings and she responds really well to direction from me. I can tell she would love to have another dog and/or some children in her new forever home to play with and keep her company!
