Blossum's Story...
Blossum is barely 3 years old and has spent her entire life chained to a tree in the back yard with her mom and siblings. Her mother is white with blue eyes and her sister is buff with tan spots. Maybe Blossum looks like her dad??? She's sweet as can be, only about 40 lbs, very affectionate and just waiting to become a family dog. She deserves a better life.

She's located in Covington GA. If you have questions, please contact her neighbor, Robyn, who is the person who has been trying to help these dogs (vetting, socializing, feeding, etc.). Robyn's email is rtchapman9@comcast.net. Rescue groups are welcome as well as a foster home. Anything to get Blossum off her chain and into a real home. She'll appreciate it!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blossum, a Conyers German Shepherd Dog/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Collie for sale in Conyers, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Collie dog from a breeder in Conyers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conyers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conyers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Collie breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conyers paves the way for another one to be saved.
