Splash's Story...
Splash has lived on a chain attached to a tree with her mom and siblings for 3 years. Some of her brothers and sisters have already found good homes and it's her turn now. Though she's still chained at her owner's home, she's being cared for by a kind neighbor until she's adopted or rescued. She loves everyone and responds very well to attention and affection. She'll be a great family dog.

Her Christmas wish is a home of her own with no chains, just a warm place to curl up next to her very own human, who will love her and promise never to chain her outside.

Splash is located in Covington GA and I can arrange a meeting or transportation if a rescue group or foster family will take her. Contact her benefactor, Robyn, at rtchapman9@comcast.net.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Splash, a Conyers Australian Cattle Dog/Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Husky for sale in Conyers, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Husky dog from a breeder in Conyers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Conyers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Conyers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Husky breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Conyers paves the way for another one to be saved.
