Oscar/Little Gray's Story...
Oscar and Little Gray are currently in foster care and are desperately seeking a permanent home. Because they need to stay together, they have less chance of finding a family than most cats. Please give them a look! The boys were rescued as kittens from a feral colony. They lived as office cats for 6 years before being evicted. These brothers are sweet, playful and affectionate. Both are shorthaired (black/white & gray/white), neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped and have had recent dental work. Because they've never had a permanent home, they're somewhat shy and need just the right person to help them come out of their shell. But once they’re comfortable with someone, they’re absolute love bugs. Are you someone who knows cats, is patient and can offer these wonderful boys the quiet and loving home they deserve? Why Adoption is a Great Option

Oscar/Little Gray, a Bedford Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bedford, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Bedford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bedford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bedford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bedford paves the way for another one to be saved.
