My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATE 3/21/11 Mary is learning "up". She has never jumped a day in her life and doesn't know what that is, she watches the other dogs and wants to. She is learning "soft" (during grooming and petting). She is learning "outside". She loves going outside.
UPDATE : 3/9/11 Mary shows she is changing and eager to try new things. Things like stepping up onto a doggie bed cushion is new to her. She is learning up means good things. She may not be good with small children at this time. But wouldn't surprise me later on, as she shows good potential. If you would like a dog you can bond with during furthur training, then she is the dog for you.
UPDATE : 2/20/11 It didn't take Mary long to enjoy the yard outside. She loves running and playing. She had splayed feet and I took it slow with her getting used to floors/doors.
UPDATE : 2/1/11 Mary is a very comical and entertaining girl. She has such a personality. Is verrry curious. She is still getting used to the lap dog thing but has great potential to be come one. She is happy just to follow and investigate things. She will make a great companion for the right person.
UPDATE : 1/03/11 Mary is scheduled to be spayed Jan 11th. She is enjoying her cheese treats at training time and Loves to go in and out of each room to explore them. It was sooo cute to see her step many times back and forth over the gate threshhold for the first time, I think because she found out she could. If I take her toy out in another room, she will pick it up , do a high step marching it right back to her bed. She has personality plus.
UPDATE : 12/18/10 Mary has seen the vet weighs 9.8#'s and did remarkably well, she is utd on shots, hw neg, and soon to be spayed and ready for adoption.
UPDATE : 11/20/10 Mary lived her life in a puppy mill. Her dob is 8/12/06. Now she loves her stuffy toys, soft bed, and something solid to place her feet on. Mary's curiosity in things will help her overcome her fears of new things. She is still shy but every day is changing to enjoy all that home life has to offer. She is responding quite nicely to gentle care. She has had a dental and rabies shot. Her shots / spay will be done soon to get her ready for adoption. Her adoption fee will be $250.
