Max-ADOPTED!'s Story...
Date of birth: 8/29/2010. Max is playful girl. She’s used to having a lot of family around and loves to join in the fun with her siblings/cousins and people. She’s a sweetie who loves to see what you’re doing and will jump up in your lap on a regular basis. She’s also a little mooch, so if you have a glass or milk (or whatever), you may find Max with her head in your glass lapping up the contents. We are looking for a really good forever home for this little girl and her siblings/cousins. If a potential adopter is interested in Max and has no other kitties, we highly encourage you to consider adopting one of her siblings/cousins (Leo, Tiger Lily, Elwood (adopted), Theo, Zoey, Cindy Bear (adopted), or Jake (adopted)) so they can keep each other company while their human family members are at work or school or out at play. We offer a discount for two kitties also! All of these kitties are adorable and it’s been a pleasure seeing them grow into their own personalities. Max will be neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and dewormed before she goes to her new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Max-ADOPTED!, a Tracy Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tracy, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tracy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tracy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tracy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tracy paves the way for another one to be saved.
