My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Posted December 10th. Meet Abigail...Abby for short...a very sweet, playful, gentle soul. She is soooo cute that pictures just don't do her justice. Abby is about 6 months old weighing a very light 31 pounds. Her foster moms says she is very affectionate, and she loves to cuddle.

Abby is being cared for in a loving Oak Lawn foster home around other dogs. The foster mom tried crating Abby and she hated it. They leave her free roam when they go out and she does great- only one accident the day they brought her home, and none since then...keep in mind that Abby is only left alone for short periods of time. Abby is very, very good with other dogs, children and doesn't mind cats.

Abby has absolutely no food aggression, but tends to collect her toys, but not aggressive with them. No chewing on furniture or destroying anything has been seen, but she is a puppy so it could happen. She doesn't seem to have any separation issues.

Abby needs some leash work and basic command work. She is a very light 31 pounds and is very delicate on her feet. We believe she would be great with young children.

Abby's only Christmas Wish is to have a forever family of her own with people that will love her forever, teach her, play with her and spoil her. If that is you, then please go to angelsonwheelsanimalrescue.com to download an adoption application, or email sspratl@gmail.com and we will be happy to send you one. Please note that all of our animals are cared for in loving foster homes, and thus you must have an approved application to visit. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Abby's adoption fee is $250.00 and includes her spaying (already done), DHLPP Vaccination, Bordetella Vaccination, Rabies Vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed with Panacur and Droncit, treated with revolution for the prevention of fleas, mites and heartworm, free office visit to Crest Hill Cat and Dog Clinic and Wheaton Animal Hospital, coupons for Petco, along with 25% off all classes at Lucky Dog Obedience Academy in Plainfield, and a free 30 minute evaluation with a certified pet trainer at Petco.

CAN YOU GIVE ABBY A HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS?

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A RESCUE, AND THUS BREED AND SIZE AT MATURITY ARE ONLY OUR BEST GUESS.
