Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Brownie (female)
I am being taken care of by a woman on behalf of a friend who cannot take her back through no fault of her own. I was originally a stray. I’ve been spayed, I’m UTD on shots, and I’m heartworm negative. I’m about a year old and possibly a beagle/hound mix because I’m not very big at only about 30 pounds. I am shy, but I am quickly, and I do mean very quickly becoming super affectionate. I walk well on a leash. It’s likely I’m housetrained because although I spend most of time outside, I do come in sometimes and have yet to have an accident. I look at the lady who is caring for me and I wish I could tell her that I really want to be a member of a family. I love whatever attention I get. I am learning how wonderful it is to play and I like playing with a ball. So far, I’ve been fine with the cats at my caretaker’s home. If you’d like to meet me, please call Wendy at 318-402-7896. There is a screening process to adopt me and my adoption fee is a suggested donation to Pet Savers of $30.00 for their help in rehoming me and to help assure I go to a good home.
