Cleit's Info...

I am already neutered, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Cleit's Story...
Cleit is a 1 year old black & white, rough-coated purebred BC. He loves to play ball and Frisbee! Cleit is high energy, very friendly, and gets along with other dogs. He has some fear of men. We will work with him on this. He made some progress with the first man he met (since being in rescue), being able to go up and sniff his hand by the end of the visit.

Cleit is a bold, confident dog who would make a good agility dog or running companion. He likes being with his person, but can be independent and is happy to do his own thing too.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cleit, a Bellevue Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie for sale in Bellevue, or seeking a Border Collie dog from a breeder in Bellevue.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellevue already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellevue breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie breeders who help with Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellevue paves the way for another one to be saved.
