Mango's Story...
Island Rescue puppy.. Mango was brought to NJ along with Savannah (also posted here). Her mother gave birth to her and her 3 siblings in the "valley" on the island of Anguilla. After they were weaned the property owner insisted that they be removed but agreed to feed their mother if she stayed in the area. Stray dogs and cats abound on the island and the shelter is inundated and sometimes has no choice but to euthanize even healthy young puppies and kittens. To save Mango from this fate a NJ rescuer brought Mango to NJ to find her a home where she will be treasured. Mango is a petite and very sweet girl. A real lap puppy, she loves to snuggle and is very generous with kisses. She has learned to walk on a leash and is working on becoming housetrained. She is a real love!!!

Mango can be seen at the Bridgewater Pet Smart on Saturdays during Homeless Animal Lifeline's adoption events.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mango, a Manalapan Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type) for sale in Manalapan, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Manalapan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Manalapan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Manalapan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Manalapan paves the way for another one to be saved.
