Ms. Fairway's Story...
Named for the location where she was found - the golf course - Ms. Fairway is indeed quite fair. She is a pretty, slender, young cat with grace and charm to boot! Ms. Fairway has had a litter and is now spayed (DOB 3/16/09). Her coloring is a very light, delicate orange and white, with stripes and distinctive white chin. Ms. Fairway is friendly and affectionate. She'll go to anybody, as long as petting and cuddling is involved! Ms. Fairway has a great purr, is gentle and enjoys playing with her good buddy, another young cat named Milo. She has been vet checked, spayed, vaccinated, dewormed, and tested negative for FIV/FeLuk. Call 507-451-4512 to meet Ms. Fairway in her foster home. Her adoption fee is $125. (DS)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ms. Fairway, a Owatonna Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Owatonna, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Owatonna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Owatonna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Owatonna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Owatonna paves the way for another one to be saved.
