Easy's Story...
EASY IS FOSTERED IN NJ!

Easy found his way into rescue after living on the streets of Brooklyn, NY for over a month. A wonderful vet & her partner saw Easy and set out to trap him. Within a day they had their boy and decided to name him Easy, because he was just that from the beginning. Easy is a 5 year old male Akita who is calm, quiet, and very mannerly. This handsome boy is also crate trained, housebroken, leash trained, and social. Easy ignores other dogs, and could possibly live with the right female so a meet and greet would be needed. This is a very easy going, sweet Akita who wants nothing more than to love and please. We ask no cats for Easy and children be 10 years old and know how to respect the Akita breed. This Akita is fully vetted and ready to go to his new forever home. Easy is healthy, up to date on shots, neutered, HW negative, and micro chipped.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Easy, a East Amherst Akita dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Akita for sale in East Amherst, or seeking a Akita dog from a breeder in East Amherst.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in East Amherst already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a East Amherst breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Akita breeders who help with Akita rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in East Amherst paves the way for another one to be saved.
