If you would be interested in adopting Audrey please contact Diane at: (908)377-4579 or c4pcats@aol.com to meet this wonderful kitty.

Occasionally adoptions are held at other places - you may call Diane at 908-377-4579 or check our website for our adoption schedule www.c4p.petfinder.org

Our Adoption Process...
Our adoption process is simple. We ask about the home the cat/kitten will be going to. We want to know if there are little children/other pets and who will be the primary care giver to that cat/kitten. We ask these questions so that we can be sure we are making the best match for the family and the kitten.

We ask an adoption fee of $125. All of our cats including kittens are spayed/neutered, combo tested, and vaccinated before they go home. The adoption fee covers a portion of the vet bill.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Audrey, a Madison Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Madison, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Madison.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Madison already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Madison breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Madison paves the way for another one to be saved.
