Poochie: Bereaved Beagle :~('s Story...
This sweet girl is 6 years old. She weighs about 40# and could stand to lose a few. Her owner has passed away and she was all alone in the shelter. If you think you can give Poochie safe harbor... please contact us. She is housetrained, up to date on shots, spayed and in good health. From what the vet can tell, Poochie still has many years ahead of her! Requested donation for this pet is $75 to $125 (sliding scale.) UPDATE: Poochie is here! She is clearly a beagle mixed with a long haired and larger breed. Very soft coat. Probably spaniel or collie. Very nice dog. Housebroken. Loves to be brushed and petted. Up to date on all vet care. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Poochie: Bereaved Beagle :~(, a Cincinnati Beagle/Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Collie for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Beagle/Collie dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Collie breeders who help with Beagle/Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
