Elsie's Story...
This sweet, kind, well-behaved girl was just rescue before her time was up on death row. The entire staff at the pound were so excited to see her be saved because she was one of their favorites. Before making it to the car, she was quickly sitting on command, walking by the rescuer’s side and shaking paws. People passing by were constantly asking to pet her as she is so cute and gentle. Find out for yourself and help us find Elsie a loving home!

If you are interested in meeting Elsie, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Elsie, a Marina del Rey American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier/Pointer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
