Dixie's Story...
Hello World! I'm Dixie and I am a sweet potato! I have NO health issues at all. How do you like THAT for an older bulldog? No eye problems, skin problems, NOTHING! It's truly a miracle! I just need a home that will love me and spoil me rotten. Now, that isn't too much to ask, is it? I need a home either as an only bulldog or with a nice male dog. Kids?? OH, YES! Bring them on! I am so sweet and gentle, I looooooove kids! I don't know about cats...hmmmm. No too sure. I am ready, ready, ready to be your best friend and snuggle gal!
Here is my favorite song: I'll have a home for Christmas, just you wait and see...please have treats and toys and love, waiting there for me...
Love, Dixie

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dixie, a San Diego English Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a English Bulldog for sale in San Diego, or seeking a English Bulldog dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even English Bulldog breeders who help with English Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
