My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roscoe was unrecognizable when he arrived at Kiko on December 22, just two days away from a Christmas Eve gassing at a pound. He was surrendered to the pound by his family but his extremely overgrown and matted condition resembled more that of a stray or puppy mill dog. Shame on them for letting him go so badly. Out of the matted mess, though, emerged a very delightful fellow who we have estimated to be about 6 years old. Roscoe is a very happy dog who gets along well with the other dogs in his foster home. He understands what is expected of him when he goes out and is just about as perfect a little dog as you can get. Not a barker, this little bundle of joy would be a great companion in an apartment or condo. If it's a cuddlebug you're missing, Roscoe is the guy for you.
