This nice little guy was found huddled together with his buddy Jennings in LA on 12/30. Waylon and Jennings both were obviously severely neglected - they are so skinny and hungry. Waylon is a tiny guy - very sweet and calm. If you let him, he would probably sit on your lap all day! He is great with other dogs. If you can give him the life he deserves - please come down and meet him!
